GujaratExams.com currently does not charge for any content — every exam guide, syllabus page and previous year question paper (PYQ) on this Site is 100% free. As there are no paid transactions today, no refunds are applicable at this time.

When paid mock tests launch

We plan to introduce optional paid mock-test series in the future, processed securely via Razorpay. Once that happens, this page will be updated with the specific refund terms, which are expected to follow the principles below:

• Refund requests will typically need to be raised within 7 days of purchase.
• No refund will normally be issued once a paid mock test has been attempted or a significant portion of a paid series has been accessed.
• Refunds for duplicate or failed payments (charged but access not granted) will be processed promptly after verification.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
